We set off in the MG B GT for an extended tour of north-west Switzerland in gloriously British weather. After a short familiarisation period, we enjoyed the unadulterated driving experience, the short gearshifts, the amazingly throaty sound and the perfect road holding of the compact classic. Certainly not a sports car, but the ideal beginner's vehicle to infect novices with the classic car virus. As always, everything went very smoothly, from the reservation to the pick-up, the journey and the return. Many thanks and always happy to return!

The online reservation, collection and return were simple and uncomplicated. It was my first time driving a classic car, so I can't really judge the car. The drive in gloriously sunny autumn weather was so nice that I can imagine renting another car here again.
The rides with Gordon on narrow, winding roads are addictive. The engine sound is great, the gearstick is direct and short and the ergonomics are surprisingly good with a great view and good support for the right arm. It can be too tight for riders over 1.90 (I'm 1.87). Cold start with choke was no problem and the engine warms up quickly.
